Shipping

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. While our shipping estimates are generally accurate, they remain estimates and are subject to unforeseen carrier delays.

How Delivery Works

In-stock orders placed before 3PM EST on a business day ship the same day; please allow up to 72 hours for our team to prepare your order. Delivery timing depends on your location, carrier schedules, and item availability — items not currently in stock may ship later.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear.

Estimated Shipping Times

Due to demand, estimated shipping times are shown on each product page near the Add to Cart button and can vary week to week — please note the date shown at the time you place your order.

• European Union — shipped from our Germany warehouse
• All other regions — shipped from the nearest international warehouse for your region

100-Day Return Policy

We offer a 100-day return window on standard purchases. Items should arrive back in new-like condition, with original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase. Some items — including promotional-event purchases, clearance items, personalized products, gift cards, and anything marked "Final Sale" at checkout — are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.

We aren't able to cancel confirmed orders, but if your NOBL isn't the right fit after delivery, you can request a return through our Returns Portal in the Help Center.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required
• Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of delivery
• Items must ship back within 100 days of delivery
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Refund Process

Once your return is received and passes inspection, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method — please allow 10–12 business days for it to appear. Returns that don't pass inspection are not refunded.

NOBL Lifetime Limited Warranty

Every NOBL bag is covered by a lifetime limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Covered: defects in materials or workmanship, and structural defects that compromise the bag's integrity or function.

Not covered: damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident; normal wear and tear; damage from improper care or storage.

To file a warranty claim, use the Warranty Claim Portal in our Help Center with your proof of purchase. Approved claims receive a replacement part or full product replacement; replacement parts ship free within the first 30 days of delivery, with a service fee applying after that window. This warranty covers the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
